Love mayo with chicken, bacon and salad on toast with some Chips Yumee. As for nibbles already had a megga bar of choccy some, Quavers and Scone with butter no cream or jam unfortunatley and not all at the same time may I add.

Hey up HM. Hope to do a bit on the bike this weekend and perhaps a run or two - wanted to do Hameldon as it is a points race but tried running 2 days ago and ribs/back too sore - will give it another go in the morning though, I might make the start line Sunday yet.

quavers...............BLEAUGH..... my nan ALWAYS bought them for me as a kid.....can't touch them not......

used to have ham sarnie with a portion of chips and a portion of onion rings with a big bowl of mayo every sunday when watching saint helens in my youth!! Home and away games I'd have the same everywhere......eee them wo days!
