My sodding knee relapsed on me this weekend, two pussy runs in a week must be too much for it. I'm trying to prepare for XOTF as gently as i can but things have taken a turn for the worse, everything's suddenly in doubt.

I feel a reet berk saying this, but if this continues i may have to pull out. :(
