Actually it doesn't hurt that much, the flat bit over the bogs on Lingmell breaks it up. Coming down Lingmell is the only place it might hurt. If you want one that hurts try Kirk Fell from Wasdale Shepherd's Meet on 10th Oct, far worse.Quote:

Also I see the route is the same as the 2001 FMD route, just wondered why they still use this, would've thought the route would be just straight up 'n down the fastest way possible.
