Re: Overweight Confessions
Cheesy chips and a piece of pork pie in the pub last night

Re: Overweight Confessions
Confession too.
Couple of ales and a poor week eating, scales are showing an increase.
Where has my focus gone?
-
Re: Overweight Confessions
I was a very good girl yesterday all day until I had a huge row with my horrible boss, which meant I had to go to the pub after work and have a pub dinner and some drinks to recover

Re: Overweight Confessions
Sounds like the next weigh in could be interesting
I suspect I've reached a plateau now but might lose another two or three pounds over the spring :closed:

Spar do - 2 packets of Walkers Paprika for £1 (1 bag = 75p). You just can't say no to that kind of bargain offer. Sadly.

Re: Overweight Confessions
Carrot and coriander soup plus two dry wholemeal pittas for tea
btw, we have a charity tuck shop box in the office. I presume food bought for a good cause is classed as 'lard neutral' :closed:

Re: Overweight Confessions
I've just been to the dry cleaners and had to walk back past the butchers. The air was thick with the smell of lightly spiced pork and fresh, warm shortcrust pastry (they are a noted pork butcher and do a more than decent pork pie). I walked straight past with little more than a cursory glance at the meat in the window :closed:

Re: Overweight Confessions

Invented in Naples in the late 1800s. Classic Margherita named after the then queen iirc Colours of tresh basil, mozzarella and tomato are said to represent the colours of the Italian flag*
Can't remember if I confessed to the one I had in Ilkley on Sunday evening :o I suspect not :closed:

Re: Overweight Confessions
Can someone confirm please that the calories used up during the ironing of 9 shirts are exactly the same as those found in half a packet of Jaffa Cakes? :o
-
1 Attachment(s)
Re: Overweight Confessions
DT how long were you ironing for exactly :closed: I think it would take approx. 3 and a half hours of ironing to burn those jaffa cakes off.
I did not have chips last night Attachment 4561 I had a jacket potato and salad.

Re: Overweight Confessions
In the bar at Manc airport drinking Guinness and eating crisps. Iron and Vitamin C are important helpers in the battle against jet-lag :closed:

Re: Overweight Confessions
I can't weigh myself today - I had to get up, rush myself to the docs (early), rush myself to work (late) and then straight after work I am going on HOLIDAY http://i867.photobucket.com/albums/a...af461ada23.gif
Sorry :o
However I can pretty much guess that I have stayed the same :boohoo: I am not eating crap, I am not drinking much, I am exercising more... But nothing changes. Well... I will probably weigh more this time next week.
