Yeah only because were having some work done on the house & the Pc is packed away out of trouble & setting up again to go on it i cant always be bothered :eek:

Getting some good training in ready for the track season starting :) , have you been doing much training racing wise

I think your training might be slightly different from mine!

I pulled a hamstring 3 weeks ago, and just started jogging!!
