Yeah only because were having some work done on the house & the Pc is packed away out of trouble & setting up again to go on it i cant always be bothered

Getting some good training in ready for the track season starting , have you been doing much training racing wise

I pulled a hamstring 3 weeks ago, and just started jogging!!
