increasingly tough progress methinks
although I only really want to lose about another 3lbs now...
if I can get down to 12'4 walking around, I don't mind "carbing up" to 12'7 before a long day out anyway

Many thanks Stef and Steve, really enjoyed it although it was quite epic. Never run through the night before but amazing to see the lights of over 150 people running down the hill behind you (we were one of the first teams to go so don't be thinking we were in the lead!). The peat bogs were........well very boggy and went on for a very long time but we survived and with me and Helen chuntering non stop for 12 and a half hours, the time just slipped by. BTW the pizza was delicious.

The tips were spot on Ian, many thanks. Hope you guys had a good run and great to see you en route.

Daren't weigh myself after last week's holiday. Not only was it holiday, I was also not too well on a couple of days where I should've been for a run but didn't :closed:

I'm in denial, too. 11 weeks off because of a calf injury. I'll pop down to the scales after I've got another 25 miles in the bank and removed some beer belly.
