Bike ride was good thanks, great road from Slaidburn over Lamb & Tatham fell. Loads of great looking bikes out there - soon be Xmas! Make sure you post if you do the flat 10K - every chance of a PB being that flat eh??Quote:

good thanks.mountain biking and not much running, sleeping and eating.
No didn't get chace to race but I did go out on a shiny pink bike!! 2k's worth of shinyness did 15 miles as didn't have much time really:( the frame was far too small for me though and the saddle way too low:eek: still managed to whizz along:D and tried to sneak it in the boot of my car but the proud owner was having none of it:rolleyes:Quote:
