Bike ride was good thanks, great road from Slaidburn over Lamb & Tatham fell. Loads of great looking bikes out there - soon be Xmas! Make sure you post if you do the flat 10K - every chance of a PB being that flat eh??

No didn't get chace to race but I did go out on a shiny pink bike!! 2k's worth of shinyness did 15 miles as didn't have much time really the frame was far too small for me though and the saddle way too low still managed to whizz along and tried to sneak it in the boot of my car but the proud owner was having none of it
