I think my chances of running Snowdon on Sat may have been scuppered:( Will just have to rest it and see how things go I seem to have a habit of doing this every once in a while. Twisted ankle and two cut knees for my sins. Laughable really.

yes I did, a min quicker than last year so pretty pleased considering i've done feck all fell running so far this year :D
