Just debating whether to go and do a long run or do the Green Green Grass race tonight? might do a long run seeing as though its a lovely warm afternoon I can go and photograph tonights race then in the Clwydians.

Beautiful morning outside not a cloud in the sky at the minute. Buggered this morning having to hobble around after going over on my ankle last night walking back to the car after the Green Green Grass race.

Yes injured myself after the race and worst of it is I never even raced I went taking photos. It would of been better to race and I might not have ended up like this.

weather is, well the sky is grey here. Muggy though, wish either the sun would come out or it would rain!
