we will probably have about 4 teams in i think :)
i haven't run in 5 months because of knee and shin problems,getting some orthotics in from canada and they should sort the problem out so hopefully be back to full fitness for next year,even joining a new club before the end of the year as a want to do some big races next year and some of the relay's

No! Buy a bike now because all of this years models are being sold off cheap to make way for the 2008 models that come out in September / October, so prices will be higher by christmas.
Trust me Em, you should buy one as soon as possible, and don't forget it's not how much you spend, it's how much you save so rather than spending £300 on a bike to save £30, you should spend £3000 and save £300 to spend on something else!
