any races planned quite a few relay races coming up shortly i see :)

Going to try and race most weeks, no set plans though, would like to do 2009 3P. Witton Park trail Wed evening next up, had a 1/2 resonable run last year at this and stuffed Pudgy but he may get his own back this year :D

Yep, hanging in there. Did Weasdale today as marker for the Ben. Had a bit of a downer sort of week so suprised meself and ran quite well (for me!)

Yeah agree about JJ and Chris, it's a bit like a couple of y'mates haven't been down the pub for a while isn't it.

BTW, anyone good at painting windows...bored and anywhere near Skipton tomorrow...?
