Going to try and race most weeks, no set plans though, would like to do 2009 3P. Witton Park trail Wed evening next up, had a 1/2 resonable run last year at this and stuffed Pudgy but he may get his own back this year

Yep, hanging in there. Did Weasdale today as marker for the Ben. Had a bit of a downer sort of week so suprised meself and ran quite well (for me!)haha

Yeah agree about JJ and Chris, it's a bit like a couple of y'mates haven't been down the pub for a while isn't it.
