Great report thanks Nick, good general interest and lessons for the long run but also plenty to mull over for those like me contemplating entering L100 '14 (once I've despatched BGR '13 this weekend ....)

Excellent report Nick and so atmospheric I thought I was actually there taking part......... (in my dreams :rolleyes: )

How quick do entries fill up? I'm doing the Helvellyn Tri and Sunday and won't get back til early evening do they go in a day? Planning on doing the L100.
