Here's where i'm at, i'm not sure i'm in a fit state knee wise to do the 10m XOTF run but i could do a 5m de-cobwebber, so if your route's something of that order and i decide it'd be foolish to do XOTF i'm in too. Everything's still up in the air as far as my fitness goes, after the little upset 2 wks ago i've done nothing and it's not really improved a great deal, this would be a good compromise if it's suitable but don't let me dictate your route plans. ;)
Amex my friend, when I say I am a bit ill, it usually means I am dying... and I ain't kidding! Next 24 hrs are the crunch, if my temperature doesn't drop with the antibiotics I will be in hospital come tomorrow morning :(
It would also be a tad troublesome, trying to run, as currently, my left leg only moves upwards if it gets a helping hand from my right arm... :( On the flat, it just about drags along without collapsing underneath me though, suppose that would get me from the hostel to the George... but no Snecklifter with the antibiotics :(
Sounds like there's a couple of options. Al, I like the sound of your Walla Crag run. Doable with a hangover, extendable if we're not too bad. Wouldn't also mind seeing some of the BG route for the first time:confused:
Suggest we finalise on the Saturday after the XOTF run: who's coming, which runs will go with which level of hangover... Al, bring your map;).
I need to get back at some point so prob looking at 2hrs max. Like I said, a cobweb-blower-awayer rather than a looong training run. (Unless people want to set their alarm clocks!:D)
Just seen your list Al. Emmi would be proud:D. Some more options too. Nice one!;)
