Re: Overweight Confessions
Muesli for breakfast, soup & bread (no butter - bleurgh too dry) for lunch, couple of oatcakes, yogurt & pear today so far. No treats at all, not one choccy http://forum.fellrunner.org.uk/images/icons/icon9.png
Not sure what is for tea, but Tesco man brought only healthy goodness.
I haven't exercised though
Back on it tomorrow. I SHALL go for a run.

Manually, it involves callipers, pinching some fat round your middle...
Orrrrrr...you could get a funky set of scales that sends an electric current through your body & works it out. I think we got ours for £20 (albeit in a sale) from Lloyds Pharmacy.
BTW my weigh-in day is gonna be Saturday mornings: Mondays are too busy, & better half does hers then too. My end of week 1 results:
Weight 12st 4.8 (173lbs down 4)
Fat 19.2% (down 0.6)
I'm now below my target weight, looks like I'll have to lose the tub then build it back up. I was hoping I might just be able to miraculously turn the mince pies into muscle...
