Muesli for breakfast, soup & bread (no butter - bleurgh too dry) for lunch, couple of oatcakes, yogurt & pear today so far. No treats at all, not one choccy

Not sure what is for tea, but Tesco man brought only healthy goodness.

    I haven't exercised though
Back on it tomorrow. I SHALL go for a run.

Don't crack don't crack. Don't even think about Indian, Chinese, Italian, nandos, or even Frankie and bunnies for tea.

Manually, it involves callipers, pinching some fat round your middle...

Orrrrrr...you could get a funky set of scales that sends an electric current through your body & works it out. I think we got ours for £20 (albeit in a sale) from Lloyds Pharmacy.

BTW my weigh-in day is gonna be Saturday mornings: Mondays are too busy, & better half does hers then too. My end of week 1 results:

    Weight 12st 4.8 (173lbs down 4)
    Fat 19.2% (down 0.6)

I'm now below my target weight, looks like I'll have to lose the tub then build it back up. I was hoping I might just be able to miraculously turn the mince pies into muscle...
