I'm told that Pedol is the Welsh for Horsehoe, and that there's a similar word in Cumbrian, very often used around the Braithwaite area!! :D :D

A) Fairly big
B) Ages since I cut it so long grass.
C) on a slight slope so knackering.
D) I was knackered anyway

Pretty happy too, without some of the navigation cock ups I could probably have finished a few places higher, but that is part of the challenge of this race!!

I finished next to last (not counting the DNF's), but, according to my idiosyncratic method of working out how well I did, it was my second best ever performance on an AL (bettered only at Wasdale last year, which I did off the back of BG training) so gotta be pleased :thumbup:
