Hahaha, well as im not allowed lie-ins anymore since the bus only comes at 7:45 when i start at nine....im falling asleep in the middle of the day. So come night time im knackered. So give it till summer and might of sorted my sleeping out.:D

Lovely start to the day in these parts clear skies and a chilly start to the day.

Had 2.5 hours at my desk already sifting through paperwork and editing photos form races.

Had me alarm set for 5 to go for a run and do some weights before work. In the end I got up 20 minutes ago and have just finished me Weetabix. (Well, it's chilly out there!!):o
