Hahaha, well as im not allowed lie-ins anymore since the bus only comes at 7:45 when i start at nine....im falling asleep in the middle of the day. So come night time im knackered. So give it till summer and might of sorted my sleeping out.Ironic coming from someone with insomnia

Lovely start to the day in these parts clear skies and a chilly start to the day.
Had 2.5 hours at my desk already sifting through paperwork and editing photos form races.
Had me alarm set for 5 to go for a run and do some weights before work. In the end I got up 20 minutes ago and have just finished me Weetabix. (Well, it's chilly out there!!)Morning it's tuesday did'nt want to get up again hehe
