Total loss of 191 lbs to date  (including the weight gainers:angry:) - over 13 stone! Just think of the reduced erosion we'll be causing.

I saw that on the news the other night when they were talking about making more gastric band ops available on the NHS - they actually did have a bona fide surgeon refer to obesity as a disease
I can see that some people do have an "extreme eating disorder" but does that really class as a "disease"
-
Re: Overweight Confessions
It's just not a disease at all (eating disorders are a mental illness), as well to call a broken leg or a hangover a disease

Re: Overweight Confessions
Disease, as if!
There's some major weight loss gone on here.
I surprised myself at weigh-in this afternoon after work after what I've eaten this week - another 2lbs down. Pretty close to fighting weight now (almost ready to fight my way out of a paper bag).

target weight of 12'4 after run today
been pigging out ever since, so few pounds will go back on obviously

Not added my weight on here since sometime in February(@ 147Ib), but last night, after the post-'Trunce' shower, they said "Get off, you're hurting me!!" at 10stone 4

Saturday 30th April? A slightly controversial choice. Won't we all be hungover from celebrating the upcoming and highly exciting Royal Wedding? :closed:

We'll be staying in a cottage in the Lakes without internet, TV signal or mobile phone coverage, and will have a very pleasant day blissfully unaware of events in that London

I can't wait for the Royal Wedding, it helps our country, an advert for all we do that is good, the boost for tourism alone will help the economy, now and in the near future.

Absolutely spot on Amex. But more importantly we get an extra day off for it!

Linda, who runs our work canteen, is retiring today so after Easter I'll be catering for myself at breakfast and dinner times. I'm thinking about possibly trying some of that salad and that fruit :closed:
