Yes this morning, at last Put on 1 lb since last time WHOOPS!

All this studying and working is not doing me any good, I have too much or a weakness to diversion snacking, not to mention not having time to do much running :thunbdown:

been pigging out ever since, so few pounds will go back on obviously

but nice to see it, albeit transiently, smiling back at me from the scales
