6.5 mile on the Treadmill in the JJB tonight first time in ages on a treadmill. Followed by a nice soak in the jacuzzi.

Sutton Park at lunchtime again. I'm beginning to enjoy these lunch hour(and a half ish) runs! :D
5 miles, 1.5 warm up then 30-30 splits for two mile. 1.5 warm down. soaked though At least it wasn't cold.
4 miles on the road, felt good after my 3 day break with a stomach bug
