We "grew" some painted lady butterflies this year, the kids loved it (or blutterflies as my step daughter calls them). Next year I think we will create a butterfly patch in our garden :thumbup:

had a good laugh though the other afternoon, some cocky yanks where in the hotel gym ( you know arny swarzenneger types , thought they was the beez knees , they got on the treadmill and after 10 mins they woz knackerd out , i managed 1 hr 25 mins on it, got off and wasnt even out of breath
one of the lads woz astounded and asked me how much i trained , err i said i was a fellrunner and i took me 20 mins to explain that i ran up and down hills for fun
only thing he knew was ben nevis
