We "grew" some painted lady butterflies this year, the kids loved it (or blutterflies as my step daughter calls them). Next year I think we will create a butterfly patch in our garden :thumbup:

I was going to post the same earlier but ran out of time, perhaps that's what's been going on- everyone's been running out of time.

hillrunning in 90 degrees is hard work
had a good laugh though the other afternoon, some cocky yanks where in the hotel gym ( you know arny swarzenneger types , thought they was the beez knees , they got on the treadmill and after 10 mins they woz knackerd out , i managed 1 hr 25 mins on it, got off and wasnt even out of breath
one of the lads woz astounded and asked me how much i trained , err i said i was a fellrunner and i took me 20 mins to explain that i ran up and down hills for fun
only thing he knew was ben nevis
anyway they thought they was fit cos the y could lift dumbells but now know better
Its warming up in the office and I have opened a window. Now I am getting grief from the "I don't like drafts" brigade ! Bloomin windows about an inch open :angry: Roll on tomozz when I am working from home
