Just had an 11" Chilli pizza and by eck it were hot, mouth on fire, lips burning, very tasty though!
Eaten rather a lot of custard cream biscuits today :o
I've put three pounds on in last month or so :o
Don't dare weight myself after this weekend :o
2 x fried breakfasts, camping weekend, 30th birthday party, and a Take That gig where we were so keen to get our prime location seats we were forced to fill up with fast food to make sure we had enough energy to dance and sing all night :closed:
I've put about 4lb on since my last recorded weigh in :o
I think as I've dropped my mileage but carried on eating the extra calories! :p

I've been drinking less, running more and I'm putting weight on!! I'd like to say it's obviously because muscle ways more than fat, but my fancy fat measuring scales tells me it isn't muscle! :thunbdown:

Sorry, missed 1st June 'weigh-in', but this morning, they said; 9stone 13Ib!!
I've been busy racing and travelling so missed signing in for 2 months. The regime seems to be doing the trick. Latest report from Hong Kong (South Korea, Singapore and Malaysia done, China still to do to complete the latest 3-week stint) is 62kg. No exercise -> reduced appetite -> no dinners to speak of because I'm not hungry enough for them seems to be doing the trick.
Again I'm well impressed with what people have lost here. Great efforts.
