I've been busy racing and travelling so missed signing in for 2 months. The regime seems to be doing the trick. Latest report from Hong Kong (South Korea, Singapore and Malaysia done, China still to do to complete the latest 3-week stint) is 62kg. No exercise -> reduced appetite -> no dinners to speak of because I'm not hungry enough for them seems to be doing the trick.
