Do it Nelly, the Ponies range from the incredibly fast to the spectacularly slow, but we all have a go. He He I'm a poet and i didn't know it:D

You want to be carefull twiggy your blood pressure will go all to cock.
Whether I turn out at Stanbury Splash will be mainly dependent on weather (as want to make it into a Slug Family Outing)
first indications from met office are for "generally fine, dry and extremely mild" conditions  so looking good atm...
oh, and I'm at the "spectacularly slow" end of the spectrum :D
oh, and looks like the Slug Clan is all-systems-go for Stanbury Splash on Sunday...
hi ambrosia , sorry for delay in answer i aint been on line this week.the other ponie was indeed young un and the old bloke behind him was wolds ranger. did u enjoy the route, it wasnt a bad day out was it. got an injury so aint done any running since rrr50 and that was my first outing for a couple of months. it was good to finally meet you and hopefully see you in the future.
Fellmonster wins The Whiteholme Circular, congratulations Ricky. Both me and Amex said 'How the F**k did you do that in 77mins' Good Pony turnout with Fleeter and Tussockface there, although he ran in Calder Valley colours cos it was Stringman's race, nowt wrong with that:cool:
Just completed first race in Pony vest at Stanbury Splash!!
Am now going to eat maltloaf until i'm sick!!:)
Well done Pony Nelly!:D
I have sussed out how Ricky won Sun, upon registering i thought ah! i will have a poo before we set off!
so i skipped to the loo, horror the door was locked, i stood back looked casual and waited for the door to open!!!
It did out stepped fellmonster!! we offered to shake hands but then both worked out probably not the best thing to do, so i went in!!!
OMG
No body that small should make smells of that nature!!
so the answer is simple he must be 1, eating something with a chemical base?
Or the more likely one he runs that fast as to get away from his arse!!
I on the other hand make smells of pure lavender!!
Like Nelly, I too turned out in FP colours at Stanbury Splash
I assume this great photo is Nelly:

if not, that would make at least 3 Ponies in attendance!
My 2 sluglets (aged 6 & 8) turned out in the junior races - they both seemed to enjoy it, so might have to think about fitting them out in Ponies' colours for next time...
and OMG is it always that windy in Yorkshire?!
I can hereby announce that the stench was actually on account of the individual who fled the cubicle before me. He was reluctant to make eye contact. Not sure why.....one should be proud of such an achievement!
Nice to chat with fellow ponies yesterday. Im still cleaning my wounds after 2 vicious falls!
I went to get changed in the toilet, didn't do anything. It stank like the bowels of satan. When i came out, someone was waiting, i made eye contact, and claimed the achievement for myself:eek: How did you manage to fit two falls into 77mins. One fall would have knocked me back an hour, two and i'd just be fininshing about........................now, really:D Well done, Ricky:cool:
Yea right what ever!!!
Great run yesterday fellmonster, you won cos the fear of me catching you was too much to handle or should that be fellmincer!! remember i saw your boot!!
look after yourself and get some training in i will be back soon and i may see you in a race for longer than 30 seconds!!
Amex, good luck with the upcoming operation! What's the old cliche; something about taking away the pain but leave the swelling;)
Yes Amex, best of luck with the Op on Friday.
Excuse me Master, I ve seen the video of descending past hag dyke at Great Whernside.....remember......prancer!!!!
I wish I was as athletic looking as that chap!!
