I did do the Forest 5, but wasn't near the back... was bloody well last. I had improved by about ten minutes and still came last.

hi ambrosia , sorry for delay in answer i aint been on line this week.the other ponie was indeed young un and the old bloke behind him was wolds ranger. did u enjoy the route, it wasnt a bad day out was it. got an injury so aint done any running since rrr50 and that was my first outing for a couple of months. it was good to finally meet you and hopefully see you in the future.Hi old un, had wondered where you had been, was one of the ponies from the North East (h,pool). goes by the name of Chris?
