No wonder you can't put weight on softlad. All that mucking about in the gym. Get on the settee, put telly on and get tucked into some pies or pizza washed down with plenty of ale :closed:
Not at all! All done in the great outdoors: an avenue of trees in the fields opposite our office. :p
Definition of plyometric here. On that understanding, once back into the squat position, having done the squat thrust, I then jump from the crouch as high and as fast as I can into a tuck.
As to shuttle runs, distances approx, but using trees as markers, I sprint to the 2nd tree, sprint back, sprint to the 4th and back then finally to the 6th and back. Which, after the burpees is a killer.
30 mins on exercise bike.

There's rather a lot of posts on this thread and I haven't read them all, so apologies if this has been covered, but does anyone on here use kettlebells either at a gym or at home? I just got one, and already my lower back pain seems to be going. Although that may be as much to having not run with a rucksack for three weeks now! So, any tips or opinions on kettlebells?
Sorry PB only use CV equipment.
Try and stop away from weights.
