    15/30/50m shuttle sprints

He was vomiting by the end of the second set. Love it!! Respect due though, he vowed to work on it until he could do it. :closed:

Followed this up with wk 3 day 3 level 3 of 100 Press Up Challenge -> 26/26/33/33/26/26/22/22/60 w/45secs rest (274 total).

Should be in line to top out in a couple of day's time.

No wonder you can't put weight on softlad. All that mucking about in the gym. Get on the settee, put telly on and get tucked into some pies or pizza washed down with plenty of ale :closed:

Not at all! All done in the great outdoors: an avenue of trees in the fields opposite our office.

Definition of plyometric here. On that understanding, once back into the squat position, having done the squat thrust, I then jump from the crouch as high and as fast as I can into a tuck.

As to shuttle runs, distances approx, but using trees as markers, I sprint to the 2nd tree, sprint back, sprint to the 4th and back then finally to the 6th and back. Which, after the burpees is a killer.

    Cheers DT

    3 gyms
    2 road bike outings
    1 run

    Thats an average week

PS Two bloody races this week, Pendle (that I will enjoy) & Keighley 10k (that I'll hate) but work want me to do it as they are a sponsor.

Basic Goal is sub 60 minutes in each and that'll do nicley.

    50 mins on the crosstrainer.

1,000 cals I burned off apparently.

    Two dinners for me then.
