5 miles including the club 'In the dark handicap", 3.6m of fell and road so footwear is a lottery depending on route choice off the hill. Came third and beating the three others i started with so pleased there. Feeling good this week, hope it bodes well for Bath Half next weekend.

5 miles yesterday morning around evesham
eating competition last night  (I came 4th  )
5 miles this morning a little slower :o
21 miles on the bike. Flippin' windy out there still!
73 miles/3,300' on the bike. Out to the coast and then back through the Trough of Bowland staying dry all morning!! Could have eaten a horse when I got back but made do with jam on toast.
Thank god for that Ady, don't like to see a fellow Pony devoured:eek:
4m to work on road, felt good to say it was 5.15 this morning. 4.8 m/1209 ft Fartlek home off road, again, felt good, what's wrong with me:confused: Unless the medication's kicked in, doc said it would be 2 weeks after starting the course and it's been 2 weeks to the day. Hope so:)
9.5 miles - across to Fulneck and a few ups and downs including both Scholebrook Lane & Keeper Lane uphill. Felt really lethargic for first 25 mins then hills soon sorted me out & felt good from top of first climb. (hills/climbs are all relative but Keeper & Scholebrook Lanes are certainly some of the best in the Pudsey area!!)
6.5 miles at lunch time (running not cycling ;)), starting off along the boring old canal in Leeds but then veering off into the much more less boring old Gotts Park for a figure of eight around the golf course. Quite a few hills in there too.
In fact it was a great run - I hate running the canal tow path but this was fun. Methinks () a few more lunchtime runs are in order ().
Humble apologies; using the words methinks and are in order should of course be banned, especially both in the same sentence.
I have run today, not cycled, and the other day i ran and cycled, but tomorrow i shall mainly be cycling, then running on SaturdayMETHINKSBan Merrylegs;)
