I had Atrial fibrillation Any how they pumped me full of drugs and was well enough to come home a short while ago. I won't be racing though for a week or two....maybe:wink::D

Sadly, our own Club forum is down at the moment, or you'd get to read some really scathing responses
(some can't understand why I run, when I've got several perfectly good bikes)

(where I mentioned the height of Laddow, it was someone I know who phoned me up last night to see how I'd fared who told me how high he thought they were)

Keep smiling Ian and Best Wishes mate. I've just got back from Hospital, my young lad has broken his wrist in two places and is just waiting for an operation. Had to come home and sort the daughter and hound out while wife stays with him overnight. Poor little fella, no way to start the school holidays, he was smiling when i left him though:)
