4m to work on singlespeed, 8m home, wind, rain, sunny, cold, wish this weather would make up its mind:confused:
Quick 20 mins to stretch nicely and keep limbered up! ;)
Didn't enjoy the wind 'n' rain after the super weather of the last couple o' days though. :(
Bikecommute for first time in ages - 18 mins in (mostly downhill & wind behind) then 30 mins home - yes you've guessed mostly uphill into the strong wind.
...oh and 43 mins run through Farnley Park across to Post Hill & back via Troydale Lane/Green Lane & field paths.
An hour on the roads with the little one in his running buggy. Fast aslep all the way round.
4 mies hilly road and trail this morning in horrible wind and rain. Caught the worst of the day. Ah the joys of having a dog!
Then 8 this evening including a hard 3, actually a 3mile tt ran once a month (through summer) with one big hill. Pleased with already improving on last year by 11 seconds even though I am quite heavy and tired. Dry but still windy.
