Lakeland Loop cyclosportive, 69.03 miles 5h18m3s 7648ft of ascent pedalled up everything including Hardknott Pass on a 39:27 ratio, got to be chuffed with that:) Finished 1 hour and 1hour 17 in front of my two mates, so i'm not very popular with them, especially after i missed the exit off the M6 and nearly landed us all in Scotland on the way up:eek: Nice to meet up with Emmilou, who had enjoyed it that much she said she could go round again:D
