No. Not had the time recently. Been doing the odd 5 x 40 just to keep me at a decent level for when I can have another crack. Too much on at work and not enough time when I get home :(

....erm..... yeh me too... too busy :o
Ok ok so i fell off the wagon. Got to week 5 day 1 which I just couldn't quite do. Gave up for a little while, then surprised myself by dropping back to week 4 day 1 and it was a breeze (well... sort of in a painful hard work uncomfortable sort of way :confused: )
Will try again I think :)

Thinking of incorporating it in to my Tour of Pendle recces: each check point down and give me 50.:D

Loving these work-outs.
Currently doing all 3 of them @ Level 3. Cruising through week 2 now.

21/25/21/21/max 29(3 short of tgt)
Doing this after the burpees with the press ups built in was, erm, interesting. Last 3 sets needed a couple of rests. Will need to repeat this week I think, either that or drop to wk 3 if doing at same time as burpees.

At week myself on these, but going to repeat week 4 col 3 again just to prepare nicely for week 5, as it seems to change in week 5!

Holdng your breath? Exhale on the press, inhale as you lower, especially as you tire as it's easy to forget as you strain the last few out.
