Ok ok so i fell off the wagon. Got to week 5 day 1 which I just couldn't quite do. Gave up for a little while, then surprised myself by dropping back to week 4 day 1 and it was a breeze (well... sort of in a painful hard work uncomfortable sort of way)

Currently doing all 3 of them @ Level 3. Cruising through week 2 now.

Doing this after the burpees with the press ups built in was, erm, interesting. Last 3 sets needed a couple of rests. Will need to repeat this week I think, either that or drop to wk 3 if doing at same time as burpees.

I sometimes get a cracking headache when I'm doing press-ups - any idea what that's about?
