No, delivering kids to BH's ex (modern families, eh?). Then taking my folks for a walk round Dunham Massey & a meal in the Swan with Two Nicks. Any runs over the break will be just a case of me sneaking out when I can; nothing too pre-planned.

Feet up in the garden with a cider on ice for this afternoon basking in the sunshine :)

Good to see you again Hursty. And Al. Think that's the first time I've seen Al since XOTF '09!

Definitely a tough sesh: 3,009ft of climb, bulk of which in first 5mi. Ascent according to Suunto - 1st time used in anger, & (finally) calibrated at the trig. Yet to see how this compares to Garmin/SportTrack data.

Fantastic weather, and a great run out with a few friends. Tough though. Definitely felt the old man of the group :o

Clearly need to do more hillwork!
