Set off on a 10miler, only lasted 2, fell over and knacked me back. Feels a bit better now but probably be worse in the morning. Off to work on bike tomorrow. Got an outbreak of Farmer Giles as well (piles):eek: Had em before, mum had to have an operation some years ago, not nice. I'm falling apart at the seams, must be my age;)
