Set off on a 10miler, only lasted 2, fell over and knacked me back. Feels a bit better now but probably be worse in the morning. Off to work on bike tomorrow. Got an outbreak of Farmer Giles as well (piles) Had em before, mum had to have an operation some years ago, not nice. I'm falling apart at the seams, must be my age
