It is getting a bit boring and repetitive, but two hours at the velodrome this morning and feeling stronger :) Managed to take about half a minute off last weeks flying 500 TT as well and performing well in the scratch race, tearing it up and being able to sprint for the line at the end as well :) Got some comments from the blokes: thanks for the tow, good pace, nice long sprint at the end etc etc
I have the feeling I haven't lost much fitness and will soon be back :)
