Niether have i Hann, but it feels like it some days, keep pedalling, the strength will return:wink:

Blimey Hann, careful going round and round like that, you will get dizzy! Far safer on the road, just howling wind and driving rain to plague you! So, 60 foolish miles over the Rhigos to a bacon butty and tea stop in Aberdare, then head down and chain-gang home. Feeling very righteous now ( and tired)!
You are right to feel righteous Toffer! I won't go out in this string wind, on the road. I know I'd get blown over! Much safer getting dizzy in stead ;)
Were you with the Ajax again?
i bottled all riding this weekend!
would have gone on the turbo - but shed is entirely full of bits of new kitchen and old kitchen and contents of kitchen :)
Not feeling too guilty as its let my cough clear off.
No, not with Ajax this weekend, haven't joined yet......still mulling over the respective cleaning agent qualities....
Went out with the Lejog peloton for a bit of a ride, utter lunacy coming off the Rhigos in the pouring rain, felt completely unstable on the bike with the wind, glad to get down in one piece! One thing was proven beyond all reasonable doubt and that was that the "waterproof" gear that I was wearing was, in no sense of the word, waterproof!
Ajax is by far the best cleaning agent ;)
Sounds a scary ride Toff... I am glad I stayed indoors, as I have been blown over in the past in less hard winds :(
Lovely morning for extending the commute by 10 miles (the next station down the line on way to work)
Good one Ratfink :)
It is gorgeous here too, but stuck at work all day, of course, so no chance of going out. Bit nippy mind, but sunny!
Proepr spin class last night: averaged 92% of MHR over 40 mins.
And another couple of hours on the track... starting to get stronger and faster now :)
