I'm sure I saw a race that had a sliding scale of fees according to the type of car you were driving as well as the number of people in it.

I'm with Splatcher: population control is the future. We should stop trying to cure everything and insulating people from the world's risks so they don't die.

For my part, I vow never to procreate. Though I still think I should keep my hand in with the mechanics of it all in case of global emergency.:D

b) If the jobless are targeted, this will eliminate unemployment.

Yes, I remember I was feeling extravagant that day and paid £23 to turn up alone and park my long-wheelbase transit in six spaces. Some people weren't too keen, but what could they do? I had paid for it.

The (ex?)fox hunters could help with the cull... it will give them an interesting change from foxes and give the foxes a break. It would also provide plenty of spare meat for both the hounds and the foxes so the farmers wouldn't need to be too concerned about fox attacks on their livestock.
