Amex had some sneaky skills with the ball!
I embarrased myself before all you lot arrived, there was a group of lads playing on the football pitch and one of them cleared the ball over the fence. I ran over to it, flicked it up and tried to boot it back over to them - haven’t kicked a football in a while and ended up screaming it straight into the fence:o.......had a second try and booted it miles over the fence and set a lad up to score in the top corner.;)

Don't show Fellmonster that pic!!;)
It's George working on his upper body strength by pulling me up that b****dy hill. I crawled up the next one. Not a pretty sight.
Re: Pennine Bridleway Relay
Bit late for me to post this reply in your defence Al but I will anyway.
Yesterday on leg 2 Al was slowed up badly by running with an old lady with a chest infection.
I am sure he would have run faster- in fact it is the slowest I have run that leg!
True, he needed me to tell him where to go but I reckon he could easily have done 1.45 and possibly faster
He needs to find a younger and fitter partner next year

Nonsence - My legs where dead straight away. I had nothing to give having not trained for ages and im not as fit as i was a couple of months ago.
Maybe next year we'll be both fitter to knock plenty of time off this years time. ;)
