The challenge is this: Lets see what sort of shape he's in at 44, when i was his age i was on 40 a day, ten pints a night and up at 5am for an 8 mile run at 6min/miles
    Some of that is true
    Your on!

In 26 years time we'll have a race on Leg 2.

Also - I need to invest in a Balaclava! (spelling)

    I'll be 70
In 26 years you run leg 2 by yourself and beat 1:58 then wheel me into the pub, on my life support machine, and i'll buy you a pint

Your on for that as well!

I must also say Mr Merry. You make a good dad.

I was good to see you playing with your kids - you have no idea how much i wanted to join in and play 'tig'
That head-lock you put your son in was a belter as well!

    I forgot to mention.

I could feel a blister suddenly appear during my run only a few miles in - Its the same toe every time and its because of my Asics i used to wear - Anyway, when i got home and was about to get into the shower, i looked at the blister and it was a massive juicey blood-blister!
I decided to use some scissors and cut it - bad idea....the blood squirted all over my desk.

Need to remember to tape it up in future!
