If you do start struggling to make gains doing one extra at a time, I'd consider picking up the 100 Push Ups program from wk 5. You're now putting your muscles through a lot, and if you're doing it every day you're not giving them a chance to recover.

Well, without breaking the position. In minr, from 90 onwards, I did batches of 5 (slow) after a few focusing breaths in the 'up' position.

The weeks are flying by,
today=76 press-ups, squats and sit-ups
61 consecutive days now, total of 2821 press-ups
arm/shoulder muscles have doubled in size, feel like the incredible hulk!
was going to say like Charles Atlas, but bet most of you have never heard of him

Still not missed any days, =560 of each this week.
Only 17 days to go!!

I need to take up the challenege for the umpteenth time just to burn off some excitement energy. I am bouncing off the walls at the moment. If I bounce off the floor, with my arms, and legs stretched out behind me, then that's a press up done!
