Another week gone by,
today = 69 press-ups, squats and sit-ups
Press-ups are really hurting now, got doubts about making it to the 100 mark!!

SS, I take it the challenge is to crack out the 100 without pause?
The weeks are flying by,
today=76 press-ups, squats and sit-ups
61 consecutive days now, total of 2821 press-ups
arm/shoulder muscles have doubled in size, feel like the incredible hulk!
was going to say like Charles Atlas, but bet most of you have never heard of him
only 24 days to go

I managed to injure my right elbow doing this and have never been the same again.

Still not missed any days, =560 of each this week.

I need to take up the challenege for the umpteenth time just to burn off some excitement energy. I am bouncing off the walls at the moment. If I bounce off the floor, with my arms, and legs stretched out behind me, then that's a press up done!
