Meeting up with Dale and Denise at Lakes Thursday for a trot out.;)
Ive bounced back very quickly after almost 2 months languishing with twatted hoof and ribs:D
Out and about properly again now and will race soon i think but no idea where yet.
Llangynhafal Loop id like to do as its in the Anarchists Champs....are we still going to stick to our LCT pledge?
When is Dalo coming back from the Lakes?
I'm still hoping to make Llangynhafal
I'll also be doing Kinder Downfall the week after - any other Ponies doing that one?
finally, a rare sighting of a Pony on the road

(btw, my "mole" on the inside let me down, and I appear in the results as FRA :( )
Did you have to ask for the consecutive numbers Daz!?
Hope Kinder's a good day... looks like great weather.
Sorry I can't make it.
999, always a useful number to have!
the loop de loop is Saturday 5th april
great to meet fellow Pony DanAzz today
Lantern - sorry mate, but you missed a great recce!

I was at work looking out at the glorious weather, predicting it'd precipitate down today... up at 5.30 this morning and sure enough... moist it was. Still did a good few miles in Macc Forest and Shutlingsloe, but yesterday looked a good 'un. Can't see me making the race:mad: .
There'll be other days... Glad it was good for y'all!
Was Kinder itself good running?
Kinder is the antithesis of good......its a boggy, barren, desolate shitehole...
unless of course, you mean the chocolate:D
Alas, on the Win hill, lose hill side there is some nice running to be had....
Across kinder is miserable I'm sorry. Im not even impressed by the paths.... Climbs up onto kinder are ok though.
Just my own opinion you understand
Not ran there, had a mountain bike weekend there about 10 yrs ago seemed ok on the bike, thing is, when you are biking it is possible to have quite a few beers on the night so can't recall it all that well.
Shocked at having to go to page 2 to get to Fell ponies:confused:
Next weekend ,Eskdale Eureka and Edale Skyline any one doing these, I am opting for Eskdale.
Did the full loop of Kinder plateau on Saturday, start and finish from Ye Old Nags Head. North side was 'interesting' with a strong northerly coming in and wanting to deposit me back in Edale....
It is barren and desolate in places (certainly the centre, but you don't go there.... ever...), but the views on the circuit round, with snow on the tops of the Great Ridge and Bleaklow were awesome. 'Shitehole' is probably a tad harsh....
I fancy investing in a Fell Ponies Vest but can't seem to find the link on the sire, help for a thicko here required.

Click on Welcome, that gives you the page with the email address on. You can order a vest through that, Alf;)
Or send me a PM....:D
Many thanks.
Shut it you pair of big fat bastards!
And dont forget im the undisputed king of eating puddings, i just burn it all off....and then some:cool:
