Hmmph, some very unorthodox strokes there. Definitely not from the MCC coaching manual

    this is a bit harsh!

running ACROSS Kinder is probably not a lot of fun (never tried it), but running around the edges is fine - awesome views and pretty standard rocky paths

Alas, on the Win hill, lose hill side there is some nice running to be had....
Across kinder is miserable I'm sorry. Im not even impressed by the paths.... Climbs up onto kinder are ok though.

Just my own opinion you understand

unless of course, you mean the chocolate
If it is not the chocolate , does this mean I should by-pass this area

Not ran there, had a mountain bike weekend there about 10 yrs ago seemed ok on the bike, thing is, when you are biking it is possible to have quite a few beers on the night so can't recall it all that well.

Shocked at having to go to page 2 to get to Fell ponies
Next weekend ,Eskdale Eureka and Edale Skyline any one doing these, I am opting for Eskdale.

I think it was fantastic that your younger brother was fell champion at Helsby in 1994 and can I have a lift to the Eskdale Eureka please

Did the full loop of Kinder plateau on Saturday, start and finish from Ye Old Nags Head. North side was 'interesting' with a strong northerly coming in and wanting to deposit me back in Edale....

It is barren and desolate in places (certainly the centre, but you don't go there.... ever...), but the views on the circuit round, with snow on the tops of the Great Ridge and Bleaklow were awesome. 'Shitehole' is probably a tad harsh....
